Peak $275, Shoulder $225, Off peak $160.

One bedroom cottage no 6, 7 & 8:
Peak $195, Shoulder $165, Off peak $120.

Peak season:	20 December to 15 January - minimum stay 5 nights
Shoulder season:	16 January to 31 March - minimum stay 3 nights
Off peak season:	1 April to 19 December - minimum stay 2 nights

NB. All NZ statutory holidays except Christmas charged at shoulder rates, minimum stay 3 nights.
